Minimum Requirements:
BS or Pharm. D degree
Current Texas Registered Pharmacist License
Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency program desirable
At least one year experience as a pharmacist in an outpatient clinic, hospital or retail pharmacy desirable

Do you seek a leadership role within one of the most innovative Pharmacy teams in the industry? This role will manage all Pharmacy Department operations and hourly Pharmacy associates. Key contributions will include:
Provides customer focused pharmaceutical care and oversees the efficient dispensing, processing and recording of prescriptions issued by physicians, dentists, other authorized health care providers.
Oversees and directs pharmacy technician staff in the execution of technical functions and other areas (hiring, training, scheduling, etc.).
Communicates with providers to influence optimal drug information to patients and health care providers.
Participates in patient and provider educational programs to positively impact patient compliance and provider prescribing practices.
Assists in cash and inventory control in accordance with departmental procedures and comply with all record keeping and legal requirement of the practice of pharmacy.
May serve as the Pharmacist in charge for licensing agreements.
Serves as a liaison to assigned clinical care team as demonstrated by problem solving skills on medication related issues.
Leads input on education matters relating to medications and fostering interdepartmental coordination on pharmaceutical care initiatives.
